When you are working on strength: 1.Do you only do you do a full body workout every time you go to the gym? 2.Do you only do 1 set each exercises or do you do more? 3.How many exercises do you do? And are they all compound exercises? Thanks !

Great question !

Strength is relative to perserverance x intensity x effort ! heheh

Here are some answers:

1. You can do full body to gain strength, but I didn’t in the last year. It’s better to focus on one exercise per session to increase strength relative to this exercise.

2. I do more than one set. Actually around 5 to 8. Depending of how you feel strong or not, or hit your limit. You increase weight every time, for sets of 3-4 reps, and then when you hit a weight you feel you can’t move at the same speed and explosiveness, you stop, and that’s your limit for the day.

3. Per session, to increase strength, I do no more than 3-4 exercices. 1-2 compound, 1-2 easier (single joint) exercises.

Those infos are relative to an objective to increase strength, it’s different than just to gain muscles.

Anytime, ask again :)
